Preserving our past, Protecting our future

Help Us Keep the Heart of Our Church Beating

Our church has always been more than walls and windows it’s been a place where kindness lives, where laughter and tears are shared, and where everyone is welcome to find peace, hope, and belonging.

Now, this special place a true heart in the heart of our village needs your help. The exterior wall near our treasured Tiffany stained glass windows has begun to separate from the building. If we don’t act soon, the damage could grow, putting at risk not only the structure itself but all the ministries, outreach, and community programs that have touched so many lives.

We are turning to you our friends, neighbors, and family to help us preserve this sacred space. Every gift, no matter the size, truly makes a difference. Your generosity will help ensure our doors stay open for worship, learning, compassion, and service for generations to come.

Together, we can keep this church standing strong a light of love, faith, and community shining for all.

Update Week 11

The bluestone capstones have now been drilled and set with stainless steel pins, secured from the inside with epoxy. They’ve been reinforced with new stone and mortar, making them as solid as the day they were first built—work that will last for generations. The chimney has also received a new Apex stone, sourced from the foundation of the second church on our property, located beneath the 1870 church building. It will soon be finished with a solid poured-concrete cap.

A few amazing facts from the project so far:

  • 4,000 pounds of old mortar, rock, and brick debris removed

  • 8,000 pounds of fresh mortar mixed and installed

  • 3,000 pounds of lumber, scaffolding, and tools hauled into the attic to create the workspace

We continue to hold the construction team in prayer for their safety, along with everyone moving through the fellowship hall during this time.

A heartfelt thank-you to all who have supported our Capital Campaign. Your generosity has made this work possible. We ask for your continued support as we move toward the finish line of this important project.

Thank you and God Bless for all your Support ,
